A Warrior On and Off the Field
Sean Cattouse is a Chicago native whose journey has taken him from the football field to a life dedicated to healing, education, and personal transformation.
Raised in the Rogers Park neighborhood on Chicago’s North Side, Sean excelled as a student-athlete at Hubbard High School, earning more than 30 Division I football scholarship offers. He continued his athletic career at the University of California, Berkeley, where he received All-Pac-10 honors and earned recognition as a Preseason All-American.
Following college, Sean fulfilled his dream of playing in the NFL, spending time with the San Diego Chargers and the Chicago Bears. While his years in professional football taught him discipline, resilience, and leadership, it was the next chapter of his life that revealed his deeper purpose.
After retiring from football, Sean committed himself to serving others through education, wellness, and community impact. He has spent years mentoring and educating high school students at Noble Schools on Chicago’s South Side, helping young people develop confidence, self-awareness, and the tools to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Today, Sean combines his experiences as an educator, former professional athlete, yoga instructor, sound healer, and motivational speaker to create transformative experiences that inspire growth, healing, and connection. Through movement, mindfulness, sound, and storytelling, he helps individuals and organizations cultivate resilience, reduce stress, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Whether leading a yoga class, facilitating a sound healing experience, speaking to a room of executives, or mentoring young people, Sean’s mission remains the same: to empower others to live with greater purpose, presence, and well-being.
